Flood Gates Going Back in on the Hannibal Riverfront

Flood gates are going back in along the Hannibal riverfront today. Hannibal Emergency Management Director John Hark says all five gates will be installed today. The river this morning is at 19.86 feet with a crest of 21.9 expected Thursday. Technical Flood Stage is 16 feet.
