Flood Gates Coming Out Today

Flood gates along the Hannibal riverfront are coming out this morning. Hannibal Emergency Management Director John Hark says work starts around 7:30 this morning. Work should be done by 11 a.m. Work crews will also be doing cleanup and debris removal along the riverfront area today.
