Quincy 21.11 feet. Flood stage is 17 feet. Forecast crest at 25.2 early Saturday morning.  Hannibal 21.11 crest forecast at 24.4 feet Friday. Flood stage is 16 feet. Louisiana 19.16. Flood stage is 15feet. Crest at 23 feet Saturday afternoon Clarksville 29.36. Flood stage is 25 feet. Crest at 33.6 on Saturday afternoon.
