Five Years Probation

(BOWLING GREEN)--A former Bowling Green prison cook is sentenced to five years of probation for having sex with an inmate. 49 year old Rochella Bland of Vandalia pleaded guilty Monday to a felony charge of sexual contact with a prisoner.

A guard reported finding Bland having sex with an inmate in the vegetable preparation room of the prison kitchen on May 17th of last year.  The prisoner wasn’t charged.. but was moved to another facility.
