Five Fires Lead to Arson Charges for a Quincy Woman

Five fires at three Quincy addresses during 2016 and 2017 lead to arson charges against a Quincy woman. Quincy Police say 55 year old Lori Thompson was arrested following an investigation into fires at 2317 Waters Court in December of 2016, 3206 Rutledge Place in October of 2017 and three fires in October and November of 2016 at 2436 Curved Creek. Police say Thompson resided at those addresses at the time of the fires. Thompson was arrested Wednesday on one count of aggravated arson and five counts of residential arson. Thompson is held in the Adams County Jail on 50-thousand dollars bond.
