Fire Destroys Ewing Residence

Fire Tuesday evening destroys a residence in Ewing.

Firefighters were called around 8:20 p-m to a house on Lakeview Drive. Ewing Fire Chief Kent Richmond says the owner of the home was not home at the time of the fire. No injuries are reported. Cause of the fire is unknown at this time. Canton and Western Lewis County firefighters assisted in fighting the fire.
