Fire Damages Philadelphia Area Home

Fire Monday morning damages the basement of a house near Philadelphia.

Fire crews were called at 7:55 a.m. to 3275 Marion County Road 189.The fire was confined to the basement but there is smoke damage to the rest of the house. American Red Cross volunteers are assisting the family. The Missouri Fire Marshal’s office is investigating.
