Financial Exploitation Arrest

A Fowler woman faces charges of financial exploitation of the elderly following a two month investigation by Quincy Police. 40-year-old Lori Hogan is accused of using several thousand dollars of an elderly family member’s money inappropriately. Hogan was taken to the Adams County Jail pending a court appearance.
