Expect Daily Closures of the Champ Clark Bridge at Louisiana

MODOT says there will be daily closures of the Champ Clark Bridge at Louisiana this week.
The bridge carrying US 54 across the Mississippi will be closed from 9 a-m until 4 p-m from today through Friday. Work crews will be installing netting to catch debris falling around crews working on the new Champ Clark Bridge project. Work is scheduled to continue through Friday but the bridge could re-open sooner once the nets are in place.
