The city of Hannibal is looking for a suitable logo for its upcoming bicentennial, and you can help.

The city celebrates its 200th anniversary in 2019, and the Hannibal Bicentennial Committee is inviting members of the community to design a bicentennial logo.

The winning logo could be used for marketing, on social media and websites, along with newspaper, magazine and TV ads and merchandising items.

Entries are being accepted until November 1st. The contest is open to anyone age eight or older. You do not have to be a Hannibal resident to enter.

You can get more information from the Hannibal Arts Council, the Hannibal Convention and Visitors Bureau, Hannibal City Hall, Hannibal Free Public Library or the Hannibal Area Chamber of Commerce.
