CANCELLED: Endangered Silver Advisory Alert Issued for Putnam County Man

UPDATE: The Endangered Silver Advisory Alert has been cancelled. Owen Gill has been located and is safe.

The Putman County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered Silver Advisory Alert.

Authorities report that 84 year old Owen Gill was reported missing from his home in Powersville, Missouri at noon Wednesday.

Gill reportedly has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease and lives alone. He does not have a vehicle.

Owen Gill is a white male, 5-foot-11, 150 pounds, gray hair, brown eyes, wearing a red and black flannel shirt, black jeans and an MFA Oil ball cap.
