Dye Granted Change of Judge for Second Time

For the second time, a Hannibal man is granted a change of judge in his assault case.

The motion was granted Tuesday in Marion County Circuit Court. The case goes to the Office of State Court Administrator for reassignment. Dustin Dye had originally been granted a change of judge in April.

Dye faces assault and child abuse charges. He is alleged to have injured his girl friend’s seven week old baby.
