DUI and Firearm Charges for a Quincy Man

A traffic stop early Saturday evening results in DUI and unlawful possession of a firearm charges for a Quincy man. Quincy Police say officers were sent to the 12th and Vermont area following a complaint about an intoxicated driver. Police say 28 year old Andrew Brash was taken into custody on DUI charges. Officers observed two firearms in Brash’s vehicle and a check of his name indicated he did not possess a firearm owner ID card. Police say they searched Brash’s residence where they located and seized numerous firearms. Brash was taken to the Adams County Jail.
