Despite rains last weekend, crop conditions continued to decline in much of Missouri.    Topsoil moisture for the state was reported at 82 percent short to very short.    Only 40 percent of corn was reported in good or excellent condition, even though development is more than two weeks ahead of schedule.    Soybeans are eight days ahead of schedule, with only 29 percent of the crop in good or excellent condition.    Almost half of pasture land was reported in poor or very poor condition. The good news is that the winter wheat harvest is almost complete.
