Dog Involved in Bite Incident Euthanized

Quincy’s Animal Control issues a notice of violation for animal at large—nuisance following a dog bite incident last week in the 500 block of Washington.

The bite incident last Thursday involved a seven-year-old boy. The dog was impounded even though it was current on its rabies shots.

On Monday, the dog’s owner--Tina Blackledge-- surrendered the animal to the Adams County Animal Warden and it has been euthanized.
