Dillard Selects Jil Tracy as LT. Governor Candidate

CHICAGO (AP) - Republican gubernatorial candidate state Senator Kirk Dillard has chosen state Representative Jil Tracy as his running mate. Tracy is a Quincy Republican who first took office in 2006. She's a member of the bipartisan pension panel tasked with trying to find a solution to Illinois' nearly $100 billion pension problem.
