Details Released on March Drowning on the Mississippi

Investigators with the Missouri State Highway Patrol release details on a March 6th boating accident that claimed two lives.
Troopers say 53 year old Earl Fogle of Saverton and 51 year old David Hultz of Quincy were starting a commercial fishing operation between two rock dykes when a fishing net came loose and became entangled in the propeller on their boat. The vessel capsized causing Fogle and Hultz to fall overboard. Hultz's body was recovered near the accident scene near the DuPont Access Ramp March 9th. Fogle's body was found near Louisiana Missouri early last week.
