Deputies Arrest Two at Quincy Area Storage Unit

Adams County Sheriff’s deputies make two burglary arrests early this  morning.

Deputies patrolling in the 2600 block of Spring Lake Road noticed a female standing in front of an open storage unit at All Purpose Storage around 2:30 a-m. That female fled on foot as a deputy approached. A second female at the scene was also taken into custody. Deputies say 44 year old Christine Smith of Quincy and 39 year old Mandi Higgins are held on burglary and criminal trespass charges.
