A plea hearing is Tuesday for a Curryville man facing a drug charge following a March traffic stop in rural Pike County.
Sheriff’s deputies reported finding meth and drug paraphernalia in a car that was pulled over for a traffic violation at 2:15 a.m. March 30th on Mount Zion Church Road south of Louisiana.
Twenty-three-year-old Devin Kirk of Curryville was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
A pre-trial conference has been set for August 27th with a September Fifth jury trial.
