Counterfeit Money Found in Quincy

Quincy Police say they’ve received several reports of counterfeit money around town in recent days.

Counterfeit 50 dollar bills were reported by Izzy’s bar in late may and as the result of a random audit at Town and Country Bank.

There have also been reports of counterfeit five dollar bills over the last two weeks around Quincy.
