Cool, Dry November in Illinois
CHICAGO (AP) – Illinois’ state climatologist says November was unusually cool and dry across the state. Jim Angel of the Illinois State Water Survey says last month’s average precipitation was about one-and-a-quarter inches, which is more than two inches below normal. Angel also says the statewide average temperature for November was about one degree below normal.
