The 20th annual Loafers Car Show comes to downtown Hannibal Saturday. Gates open at 8 a.m. Spectators can peruse for free, with raffle drawings and prizes handed out throughout the day.

About 220 graduate candidates will receive degrees at Hannibal-LaGrange University's commencement ceremony at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Mabee Sports Complex. HLGU trustee and distinguished visiting professor Dr. Rod Martin is the commencement speaker.

Friday and Saturday are the final performances of Quincy High's Spring Play, "Love is Contagious." Curtain time is 7:30 p.m. in the QHS Theatre.
