Clarksville Artist Told To Pay Up and Move Out

(CLARKSVILLE)--   A judge orders a Clarksville artist to pay up and move out. Photography business owner Kevin Massiglia must pay 74 hundred dollars in overdue rent and clear out of his shop at 114 Howard Street.    Massiglia must also pay one thousand dollars in attorney’s fees for Historic Clarksville Incorporated.    The group sought the ruling after filing a petition last month against Massiglia for breach of lease.
