The current wife of a former Quincy prosecutor charged with killing his first wife in 2006 is speaking out.

Christine Lovelace and a producer for the CBS show "48 Hours" will discuss Curtis Lovelace's case on Friday at the University of Illinois' College of Law auditorium.

Lovelace tells the Champaign News-Gazette she'll talk about their relationship and "how this situation in our family has affected our family."

Prosecutors have accused Curtis Lovelace of suffocating his first wife, Cory Lovelace, on Valentine's Day 2006. Lovelace's first trial ended in a mistrial in February. The judge has scheduled the new trial to begin in late July.

"48 Hours" first aired a segment about the case in February, and a second segment will air at a later date.
