Chicago Man Hurt When Cement Truck Overturns

A Chicago man suffers moderate injuries in a single vehicle crash on Ralls County Route T south of Hannibal at 3:15 p.m. Monday.

The Highway Patrol reports that 49 year old Frank Muniz was northbound when the cement truck he was driving left the roadway and overturned.

Muniz was taken by Survival Flight helicopter to University Hospital in Columbia.
