A Quincy man arrested in Tennessee in connection with a home invasion in July is back in Adams County.

23-year-old Chadwick Kelly was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Paris, Tennessee two weeks ago.

Kelly and 18-year-old James Phillips are accused of using a gun and a baseball bat in a home invasion at 900 Locust.

A manhunt for the two at the time of the home invasion resulted in the closing off of the grounds at the Illinois Veterans Home.

Kelly is in the Adams County Jail on $100,000 bond. His first court appearance in Adams County is set for Tuesday.
