‘Caring For & Protecting the Spine’ Seminar October 21

The latest in a series of free informational seminars on "Caring For and Protecting the Spine" happens in Quincy Tuesday, October 21.

The Hannibal Regional Spine Center hosts the session at Tony's Too, inside the Holiday Inn at 4821 Oak in Quincy, beginning at 6 p.m.

The spine center serves as a starting point for those who suffer with neck or back pain and aren't sure where to go for relief.
