Canton Fire Victims Identified

Authorities in Canton identify the two victims in Monday morning’s fire.

A press release states that 59 year old Carrie Motley and 32 year old Jacob Motley were found in the trailer home following an early morning fire. Investigators say the fire started because of an electrical problem. Cause of death is believed by investigators to be smoke inhalation. Fire crews were called to a trailer park at Third and Jefferson in Canton shortly after midnight on Monday.
