Busy Weekend Begins with Early Tin Dusters Friday

This weekend of major events around the area begins Friday as the Early Tin Dusters invade Quincy.

The 41st annual color run begins with the Quincy Mall Car Cruise-In runs from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday. The day also includes street rod cruises to Nauvoo and Carthage.

The weekend continues with the show and shine in downtown Quincy Saturday and the display of street rods in Moorman Park on Sunday.

About 900 pre-1949 street rods and antique cars are expected to be in Quincy for the weekend.
