Buckwalter Fund Raiser Saturday

If you were listening to Talk Back Thursday, Dave Miller of Ralls County Clock Company talked about a benefit at Lake Hannibal Estates Saturday. The Buckwalters lost everything in a house fire recently, and their friends and neighbors have quite an event planned tomorrow. Things get underway at 11 a.m. at the convenience store at Lake Hannibal Estates. There will be chicken & noodles and hot dogs for lunch, along with a bake sale, a garage sale/flea market, a washers tournament, a fishing tournament, a fly in by the RC plane club, plus a number of raffle prizes, including a clock donated by Ralls County Clock Co. To get there from Hannibal, go west on U.S. 36, turn south on Route H, go about 1 1/2 miles and turn right on Rensselaer Lane. If you'd like more information, call 573-406-3770.
