Bond was revoked Monday for a Quincy man facing charges for his alleged role in a drug induced homicide.

Judge Debra Wellborn revoked the recognizance bond of 23 year old Bradley Havermale after he violated the conditions of his bond.

Havermale was indicted on a charge of drug induced homicide in October. He completed an in-patient treatment program, but then was kicked out of a halfway house in Springfield.

Havermale is alleged to have delivered heroin to 23 year old Anna Foote in September, who ingested the drug and died a day later.

Havermale is now in the Adams County Jail on $100,000 bond.
