Body Found Saturday in Quincy Identified

Quincy Police and the Adams County Coroner identify a body found last weekend in northwest Quincy.
Police say the body of 53 year old Thomas D. Toolate was found by a man walking his dog around 100 yards west of North Fifth and just north of the railroad tracks last Saturday afternoon. Police say at this stage of the investigation no evidence of foul play has been identified and that no further information is available for release.
