Bodi Pleads Not Guilty to Sexual Assault Charges

A Quincy man pleads not guilty to multiple sexual assault charges Wednesday in Adams County Circuit Court.

37 year old Kevin Bodi entered the plea to one count of criminal sexual assault and two counts of sexual assault with force.

Bodi was charged in connection with an incident that took place December 1st, 2014.

An investigation into the incident led to a search of Bodi’s home. The search resulted in additional charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Bodi pleaded not guilty to those charges in March.

Bodi is scheduled to go to trial on both sets of charges in May.

Bodi is in the Adams County Jail on $1-million dollars bond.
