Billings, Missouri Man Gets Five Years For Child Pornography
A Billings man has been sentenced to five years in federal prison for receiving and distributing child pornography.
The Springfield News-Leader reports 22-year-old James McClelland was sentenced Monday. He had pleaded guilty to child pornography charges.
According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Missouri, authorities executed a search warrant at McClelland's home in 2012 and found videos and images of child pornography.
Authorities say he used file sharing software to download the videos and images.
