It won’t be long before several hundred bicyclists hit the road for Bike Across Missouri.

Around 700 cyclists will leave St. Joseph on June 12th. They are scheduled to arrive in Hannibal on June 17th. The Missouri Highway Patrol says the bikes will follow a predetermined route across north Missouri with stops each evening along the route including Brookfield… Macon and Shelbina. Troopers ask that motorists use caution along the route. Participating bicyclists are urged to follow the rules of the road and to wear clothing that makes them highly visible along with a properly fitted helmet.
