Bid Awarded For McMasters Resurfacing Project in Hannibal

Chester Bross Construction of Palmyra is the successful bidder for resurfacing of US 61/McMasters Avenue through Hannibal.
All lanes from Missouri 168 to Warren Barrett will be resurfaced. Total cost is just over 5.2 million dollars. Intersection improvements at Stardust Drive are included along with new sidewalks and signage at the US 36 interchange. You can expect lane reductions and temporary eliminations of left turns during construction. Work is expected to start this spring with the project completed by this fall.
