JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - The Chicago Bears used stifling defense to overwhelm the Jaguars 41-3 in Jacksonville. The 4-and-1 Bears scored 38 unanswered points in the second half yesterday to win their third consecutive game. Charles Tillman and Lance Briggs returned interceptions for touchdowns.
