Authorities Searching for Missing Shelby County Girl

Authorities in Shelby County need your help to find a teenager who’s been missing since Wednesday.

The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports 16 year old Desiree Hoffman ran away from Heartland Christian Academy in Bethel. Hoffman is a boarding student at the school.

Media reports indicate family members believe Hoffman may be with a young man.

Desiree Hoffman is five-foot-three inches tall, weighs 154 pounds and has blue eyes with long, dirty blond hair.
