Arraignments Scheduled in Hannibal Stabbing Case

Three suspects will be arraigned Friday (June 20) in a Hannibal stabbing case. 18-year-old Aaron Weatherby of Vandalia, 24-year-old Zachary Kuntz of New London and 21-year-old Lauren Sinclair of Hannibal are each charged with two felony counts of assault. Kuntz also faces two counts of unlawful use of a weapon.

The three suspects allegedly assaulted two New London men late the night of June 6th at Huckleberry Park in Hannibal. The victims, ages 21 and 22, were treated at Hannibal Regional Hospital.    Hannibal police said in a news release that the two victims had gone to the park to meet with another person and were assaulted by a group of people.    The suspects were arrested on June 7th at a home in Eolia be the Pike County Sheriff’s Department and the Missouri Highway Patrol.
