Application Deadlines Approaching for Hannibal Art Fairs

Artists interested in setting up booths for the upcoming Downtown Hannibal Art Fair and/or the 2014 Autumn Historic Folklife Festival should be aware of approaching deadlines for applications.

2014 will mark the third year for the Downtown Hannibal Art Fair, which is scheduled for June 21 - 22. Only 50 artists will be chosen for inclusion in the fair, which will award $3500 in cash prizes. The deadline for applications is March 15.

The Autumn Historic Folklife Festival will be October 18 - 19, 2014. The Folklife Festival is one of Hannibal's best-known events. Traditional arts/crafts, street performances, a children's area and plenty of food can be found during the two-day fall festival. The application deadline for this year's Folklife Festival is April 1.

Both the Downtown Hannibal Art Fair and Autumn Historic Folklife Festival will take place on Main Street in downtown Hannibal.
