Another Traffic Light Coming to Broadway in Quincy

Another traffic light will soon be in place along Broadway in Quincy.Illinois Department of Transportation crews will begin work to install traffic signals at 10th and Broadway. You can expect intermittent lane closures during the work. An IDOT traffic survey determined that the number of vehicles entering Broadway from 10th warranted a traffic light. Total cost of the project is 260-thousand dollars with Quincy paying 18-thousand dollars of that cost. IDOT will cover the rest.
