Ammunition Amendment Advances

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - The Missouri House has approved a proposed amendment to the state Constitution that guarantees the right to own and manufacture ammunition. It would add new constitutional protections for the right to possess, purchase, reload and manufacture ammunition. The measure needs another vote before moving to the state Senate, and could make it onto the statewide November ballot.
