Adams County Delinquent Properties For Sale

(Quincy) - Adams County has 16 properties and two mobile homes on the auction block as part of its delinquent property tax sale.

The Quincy Herald Whig reports the county has completed its tax deed proceedings on the properties, which were delinquent on property taxes in 2008 and prior years. The mobile homes were delinquent from 2009 taxes. Adams County Treasurer Terry Asher said most of the properties are in Quincy, but there are properties also available in Clayton, Camp Point and Ellington Township.
