The 2015 football season is upon us, and the stations of Townsquare Media Hannibal/Quincy have big plans for the upcoming season.

High school football in Missouri begins Friday, August 21. Locally, the Hannibal Pirates open their season at Porter Stadium in Hannibal against MICDS. Meanwhile, the Palmyra Panthers are on the road, opening their Clarence Cannon Conference schedule at Hugh Dunn Field in Macon.

Townsquare's big news is that fans of the Panthers can follow their team live every Friday night on Y101 Radio at 100.9 FM. You can also follow Palmyra football on line by clicking here.

Hannibal Pirate fans can follow their favorite team on-line every Friday night by clicking here. As Cardinal baseball permits, selected Pirate games can also be heard on News Talk 1070 KHMO. And, for the second year, all the Hannibal games can be heard on the "Sunday Replay" from 9 to 11 a.m. each Sunday.

Also on KHMO will be the Friday Football Focus and the Monday Morning Quarterbacks, with Bill Shuler, Harold Smith and Coach Terry Ahearn from 7:30 to 8 a.m. every Friday and Monday, beginning August 21st.

The other big news concerning Townsquare's football coverage is the fact that the Kansas City Chiefs are moving to 97.9 KICK-FM, beginning with their final preseason game September 3.

KHMO remains the home of the Missouri Tigers, with their season getting underway September 5. Whenever the Cardinals and Tigers are playing at the same time, you can hear Mizzou on Y101.
