(HANNIBAL)—A downtown Hannibal building will be coming down soon. A judge’s ruling earlier this week clears the way for demolition of the building at 213 Broadway. City Attorney James Lemon had asked the judge to hold owner Ron Richter in contempt of court to allow the city to take over the building.  A neighboring barber shop must be stabilized first. Two bids have already been selected for the work. Cost is expected to be around five thousand dollars.
